Advisory Board

The Lighthouse advisory board meets at least four times a year to focus on the governance and strategy of the company. It is an independent advisory board, in which only two of the firm’s executive management are present. The four key tasks of the advisory board are:

- Establishing and maintaining the firm’s vision, mission and values
- Strategy and structure
- Suggesting options to the management
- Developing accountability to shareholders and stakeholders

Lighthouse’s advisory board provides the management with an independent second opinion, which is especially useful in identifying long-term strategic options. . The advisory board includes an international group of specialists in governance, marketing, finance, operations, development and strategy. Lighthouse invests in continuous development of expertise through a structured program of learning, expanding industry knowledge and updating professional skills. Lighthouse sponsors advisory board members through a development and examination processes that leads to recognition as a ‘Chartered Director’.

The advisory board members are listed below. Their organisational affiliations are for identification purposes only.

  • Duncan Chapple is Managing Director at Lighthouse Analyst Relations. Chapple leads Lighthouse’s international consulting and measurement services.
  • Ivana Lazovic is Chief Operations Officer at Lighthouse Analyst Relations. As well as acting as the firm’s Company Secretary, Ivana chairs the Lighthouse board.
  • John Bolitho is a consultant specialising in corporate finance and strategy. He was previously a partner at Clarity Capital Partners. Bolitho focuses on the firm’s growth strategy.
  • Kerstin Junge is a senior consultant at the Tavistock Institute. Dr. Junge advises on the firm’s organisational development.
  • Robert Wisniowski is an entrepreneur and accountant. Wisniowski focusses on the firm’s cash flow, pricing and financial management.
  • Stan Woods is director at Velocity Partners. Woods advises the firm on positioning, business development and competitive strategy.
